EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The answer to “when” Excelsior Springs Job Corps would enroll new students for in-person instruction and job training is “now.” “The Job Corps Centers in Missouri (Excelsior Springs, St. Louis and Mingo) are currently accepting applications and encouraging individuals to apply,” a Department of Labor spokeswoman, Rhonda Burke, Chicago, answered Monday.
