Mosby delays vote amid backlash

Body The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department. Wednesday, May 14 At 10:55 p.m., Loretta Stevenson, 51, was arrested for traffic lanes; driving while intoxicated – alcohol.
