O’Dell takes 17th at cross country invitational

The hilly terrain of the back nine at Excelsior Springs Golf Course couldn’t stop Silas O’Dell when he ran there recently during the annual Excelsior Springs Cross Country Invitational. The senior negotiated the hills well enough to place 17th among 70 varsity boys runners at the Oct.

The Excelsior Springs School District (ESSD) has formed a strategic partnership with Excelsior Springs Hospital (ESH) to establish a comprehensive safety protocol designed to protect the physical well-being of student-athletes participating in high school football games.
