KC man pleads not guilty to Ray County crimes

A Kansas City man has entered a not-guilty plea for charges which allegedly occurred in Ray County. Dusenge Mukiza, 31, is facing one felony and two misdemeanor charges, including felony forgery, expired registration, and first offense operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license.
