LIBERTY – During an Aug. 18 Zoom meeting, the Northland Coalition voted to elect the following members to serve as officers for 2021-2022: • President, Amy Ganaden, intermediate and middle school division head at Oakhill Day School; • President-elect, Shawn Warfield, behavioral therapist at the Jacobs Center, North Kansas City School District; • Treasurer, Tom Mayfield, Excelsior Springs technical high school coordinator; and • Secretary, Emily Barnes, community prevention specialist for Tri-County Mental Health Services. The Northland Coalition is comprised of volunteers from Clay, Platte and Ray counties committed to fighting the effects of alcohol and other drug use among Northland youth.
