A Clay County massage therapist charged in connection with a sexual assault investigation has been granted modifications to several of her bond conditions.Tong Fu, 55, of Kansas City, has been charged with second-degree sodomy in connection with an alleged incident at a Liberty massage business, Meidi Massage.Fu recently appeared before Seventh Judicial Circuit Judge Louis Angles for a bond hearing. Following arguments from both parties, Angles approved several changes to the conditions of Fu’s release while the case remainspending.The modifications stemmed from a motion filed earlier this month by Fu’s attorney, J. Lindsey Ikram, who argued the original restrictions were “unduly repressive.”In the motion, Ikram noted Fu has no prior criminal history and has not failed to appear in court.
