Most Wanted program nets five arrests
Less than three weeks after Clay County unveiled its Ten Most Wanted list, five individuals, including an Excelsior Springs resident, have already been taken into custody.The Ten Most Wanted list was introduced May 27 through a collaborative effort involving the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers and other local law enforcement agencies.The program was created to help locate individuals facing serious criminal charges who have active arrest warrants.
