Excelsior Springs varsity girls basketball coach JD Biermann and his Tigers continue their prep to make another district title run.This week, the girls are attending a shootout competition in Branson. Play is scheduled to end Friday.“Traditionally, it can be a pretty tough shootout,” Biermann said July 18. “This date – this particular shootout we go to – brings a lot of good schools from surrounding states. So I’m looking for competitiveness.
