Webb, a 2016 Excelsior Springs graduate who played NCAA Division II football at Missouri Western State University, enters his second season as a Raiders practice squad member and third season overall with the NFL franchise.Webb made eight tackles during the preseason, including four solo tackles, ESPN records state.
