More often than not, Excelsior Springs found itself on the losing side of doubledigit varsity girls basketball games last week. The girls went 1-3, falling to Platte County 81-14, edging Ewing Marion Kauffman 52-50, falling to Winnetonka 51-40 and then falling to 50-27 to Plattsburg.
