EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The Historic Preservation Commission announced STRATA Architecture has been “engaged to produce a new and improved set of design guidelines” for the historic districts of Excelsior Springs. The Historic Preservation Commission and Community Development Department received a Historic Preservation Fund Grant to fund the production of the guidelines.
