Trial date set for double murder case

Body The Clay County court has taken a step forward in seeking justice for the victims of a tragic Excelsior Springs double murder. A trial date has been set for Keith Bass, 50, of Belton, who stands accused of four felonies.

Safety Patrol to be implemented

Body The American Automobile Association (AAA) Safety Patrol Program is coming to Excelsior Springs elementary schools. The program is designed with the purpose of creating a safe and secure environment for schoolchildren.
