Hospital closes COVID clinic

Body EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The Excelsior Springs Hospital drive-through COVID clinic closed Sunday. During an April 15 work session at the Hall of Waters, hospital CEO Kristen DeHart told city leaders the clinic would close, citing a decrease in COVID cases.

Prayer ’n’ eggs attracts dozens to Elms Hotel

Body EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – An estimated 200 people attended the Excelsior Springs Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast. Hosted by Mayor Sharon Powell on April 19 at The Elms Hotel and Spa, the event brought together a variety of business and area government leaders, along with community members.
