Missouri elder abuse hotline hours change

Body JEFFERSON CITY – To better serve those needing to report concerns of abuse, neglect and exploitation of elderly and disabled Missourians, the Department of Health and Senior Services’ Adult Abuse and Neglect Hotline has revised its operating hours to 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

Missouri third from last in early childhood ed

ESSD offers COVID procedures, ‘safe return’ plan

Body EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – With the COVID-19 Delta variant making more children sick than the original virus, the school board voted Monday to require masks in school. This follows the district’s earlier measures in anticipation of schools opening.
