Why can’t we control ourselves?

Life is always throwing things at us from work emergencies to home life chaos. Some can handle the pressure easier than others. But I can’t sleep until everything that needs tending has been sorted out. Otherwise, it’s tossing and turning until my next move is determined. Is it because I lack self-control?

Nearly 5,000 years ago, humans discovered the written language. Stemming discovery of hieroglyphs, cuneiform, and the roman alphabet had been shared. Throughout history people have learned the ways of communication through time and to each other. Writing is the way for another person to exact the meaning intended by the writer. Writing is something we are surrounded by, even in our modern high-tech world. We may change how we communicate, but the fact is, we still do.
