Body EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Tyler Rumore has achieved the goal many Missouri high school cross country runners strive to attain: a trip to state competition. The Excelsior Springs junior secured his spot in the Class 4 state boys race, scheduled for 11 a.m.

Body KEARNEY – Another Excelsior Springs volleyball season is over. The Tigers’ season ended last week after a first-round win and a semifinal loss in Class 4 District 16 Tournament action in Kearney.

Body LENEXA, Kansas – The Excelsior Springs Knuckleheadz did not let themselves get outsmarted when they played Oct. 17 and 18 in tournament competition at the 3& 2 East Complex in Johnson County.
