RICHMOND – The National 4-H Council has created this year’s theme for National 4-H Week, Opportunity-4All, to rally support for Cooperative Extension’s 4-H program and identify solutions to eliminate the opportunity gap that affects 55 million youngsters across America.

Jayne Adela (Howell) Palmer

Jayne Adela Palmer, 81, went home to be with her Lord on Sept. 21, 2020. She lived in Excelsior Springs, Missouri since moving from Kansas City, Mo. in 2010.  She loved her family, she loved her Lord and chose to serve him.  She attended Chandler Baptist Church, Kearney, Mo.  She was employed as a legal administrative assistant and paralegal for over 20 years before and after obtaining her degree at age 50 and honored in Phi Beta Kappa.
