LIBERTY – Liberty Hospital and clinics added providers to expand services in otolaryngology, orthopaedics and pulmonology. EAR, NOSE AND THROAT John Barclay, DO, is accepting new patients at The Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic.

RICHMOND – The Missouri Highway Patrol completed annual school bus inspections in Ray and Clay counties, requiring repairs before buses are driven. The state requires bus repairs within 10 days of the inspection.

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Superintendent Dan Hoehn told the board in closed session Monday he planned to retire Aug. 2.
