City could raise fees to play golf

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Excelsior Springs Golf Course fees might rise in 2021. General Manger Kyle Hurst has proposed the City Council raise fees, starting New Year’s Day to “help us continue to maintain the high-quality course conditions.”
