Body HIGGINSVILLE – On April 21, Excelsior Springs junior Ethan Edwards weathered a cold, windy day at Higginsville Country Club. And he had a first-place individual medal to show for his perseverance.

Body On April 5, the City Council approved a resolution to hire Kansas City-based Superior Bowen Asphalt Co. LLC to do overlay work. Superior Bowen has worked on projects such as the Kansas Speedway racetrack in Wyandotte County, Kansas, and on Kansas City’s downtown loop.
