Body Ned Riley Holmes, 88, of Holt, MO flew off to the golden golf course on Sep. 11, 2022. Ned was born on Oct. 30, 1933.   Donations in loving memory of Ned may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, or to the American Diabetes Association.

Body William Whitworth, 65, of Excelsior Springs passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31 at St. Luke’s Plaza Hospital. Memorial services will be held from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, Sep. 13, 2022, at Bross & Spidle Funeral in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Mr. Whitworth was born Jan.

Body Wanda Joyce McKinley (nee Roberts) passed away peacefully on Aug. 20, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was 68.   Survivors include her mother Dolores J. Roberts; sister Rinda (Doug) Bye; longtime friend, Jerry Frey; as well as a niece; two nephews; and her four beloved cats.

Body Mary Elizabeth Kramer was born to James A. and Dorothy A. Cox on Apr. 24, 1957, in Excelsior Springs, MO. She passed away at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, on May 25, 2022.   Arrangements are through Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Lawson 816-580-3000. 

Body Catherine Lee Coleman passed away peacefully in her home on July 23, 2022 at Colony Plaza Apartments in Excelsior Springs, MO. Born Dec. 3, 1960 at St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of Melvin and Helen Pollard; the fourth of six children.  

Body Gordon Ray Wilson, 86, of Excelsior Springs, MO passed away on Aug. 26, 2022 at home. 

Body Grace Kathleen Howe, 71, of Orrick, MO passed away at home.   Kathy was born September 21, 1950 in Warsaw, MO to Willis Earl Barb and Evelyn Barb. Kathy served over 20 years as the director of the Salvation Army, changing many lives.

Body Bessie “Jean” Baker, 92, of Excelsior Springs, MO passed away Aug. 23, 2022 at home.   Jean was born in Maryville, TN on June 29, 1930 to William Barker and Lyda Medlin, both deceased. She grew up in Santa Paula, CA. On July 1, 1948 she married Francis Baker.

Body Kevin Lee Bradshaw, 55, of Osage Beach, formerly of Excelsior Springs, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Aug. 19, 2022.   Kevin was born on Aug. 14, 1967, in Kansas City, MO.

Body Jasmine “Jazzy” “Sissy” Marie Eastland, 6, of Excelsior Springs, MO passed away Aug. 11, 2022.  A memorial visitation will be held 5-6 p.m., Friday, Aug. 19, 2022, with celebration of life service following at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, 217 W. Broadway, Excelsior Springs, MO.
