Body Jeremy Miles Courtney, 49, of Excelsior Springs passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 31st, 2021.   Jeremy was born on November 24, 1971, to David and Juanita (Hodges) Courtney.

Body Ronald Evans Acord, son of the late Paul Denny Acord and Betty Louise (Broaddus) Acord, was born on June 22, 1946, in Kansas City, Missouri, and departed this life on July 19, 2021, at his residence in Advance, Missouri, at the age of 75 years. 

Body Wilbur Dean Brockhoff, 77, of Excelsior Springs, MO, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021, at home. 

Body Glen Russell Stagner, 46, of Kansas City, MO, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 2, 2021.  Russell loved to fish for crappie.  He had also played on a pool league for over ten years making it to Las Vegas for the Tournament of Champions.

Body Margaret “Anne” Mayes, 81, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehab.   Born June 24, 1940, Anne was the daughter of Joseph and Margaret R. Partridge of Kansas City, MO.

Body Darlene O'Dell, 82, died July 28, 2021, at her home in Elkhorn, Missouri, where she had lived since 1960. Her daughters were by her side. Darlene was born September 18, 1938, at her home near Lawson, MO to Vern and Nellie (Mayes) Elliott.

Body Nancy Sue Coker was taken from us July 19, 2021 as the Lord see fit. She was preceded in death by her mother Elsie B. Coker, father Thomas C. Coker, brother Terry S. Coker and is survived by brother J. Coker. She went out with shooting star I knew she was at rest and at peace.

Body Earl Lee Shook, 65, Lawson, MO. passed away July 22, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 12:00p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO.

Body Robert (Bob) E. Mahoney, 77, took the checkered flag peacefully at home on July 19, 2021. Cause of death may have been from when his liver went into shock from lack of beer and cigarettes he had to give up the last months of his life.

Body Glenn W. Clevenger Sr., 81, Excelsior Springs, MO. passed away peacefully at his home July 18, 2021 surrounded by his family.
