The artwork of Robert Grace was on display at a recent open house in downtown Excelsior Springs. With over 30 pieces of artwork on display, former Excelsior Springs resident Grace said the inspiration for his work began when a friend demonstrated tips and tricks of the trade.

The Tigers are sending off one of their top varsity baseball players to continue his career in college. Lucas Dillman, who graduated this spring from Excelsior Springs, has signed to play baseball at Crowder College, a Neosho-based junior college that competes in the National Junior College Athletic Association South Central District.
