City closes deal for Villas at Golf Hill

Historic Preservation Commission debates wood siding

Body The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) recently gathered to approve various requests for exterior alterations to buildings in the downtown region of Excelsior Springs after debating what type of wood siding is appropriate per the HPC’s guidelines.

Two dead after fatal vehicle accident

Body Two Excelsior Springs residents lost their lives last week after a fatal motor vehicle accident near Route M, 0.2 miles north of Route U. Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Investigators Trooper I.L Kimball and MSHP Sergeant H.
