WALNUT CREEK, California – Missouri ranks No. 4 among states with the loosest restrictions on reopening plans as COVID-19 slows nationally, based on information compiled by WalletHub, a personal finance group.
COVID-19 deaths from the world level down to Clay and Ray counties continue to increase, with the nation on target to reach 100,000 deaths by June 1 and the world likely to top 5 million cases in the next week. The number of Clay County deaths remains two. Ray County continues to report 0 deaths, though the number of cases in the county has climbed to 14. *Clay County cases include the Kansas City portion of the county.
